Linen closets are commonly situated in bedroom or bathroom because they are intended for keeping linen, things that we use more usually in these areas. However, in reality, people not only store linen in these closets. This kind of closet is also used for storing medicine, cleaning materials, tissues and a lot more. For this reason, there is a need for you to know how to conduct linen closet organization properly.
One of the ways on how to keep your linen closet organized is by putting extra shelves or racks inside the closet so you can have a place to put medicines and other small materials. You can place tissues and other larger materials in one shelf and put place your linen on the other shelves. You can also sort out your linen based on color and place them different shelves, one or more colors in each shelf. Remember not to pile up so much linen in one shelf because they might tumble down most especially when you are trying to get linen which is located at the bottom of the pile. Lastly, in order to have a successful linen closet organization, you should make sure that air flows through the shelves freely to keep the linen smelling fresh and clean.
